Our Services
quotechecker is an online quoting service. All applicants using quotechecker are free to choose to accept our best prices offered or not. All applicants must tick a check box to say they have read these terms and conditions before proceeding for a quote.
Acceptance
The quotation shall lapse unless accepted within 14 days from the given date.
Goods and Service Tax
quotechecker quotes in New Zealand dollars.The customer shall pay Goods and Service Tax at the rate applying.
Your obligations as a User
All requests for quotations made through quotechecker shall be made in good faith
You must not damage, interfere with or harm the website or service,or any network,or system undelying or connected to them or attempt to do so.
You must only place a request if you intend to pay for the final product quoted.
If you choose to complete a transaction with quotechecker you warrant and represent that you have the legal right to enter into a complete transaction.
You must make full and promt payment for any product you purchase from quotechecker.
You agree for your contact details being supplied to quotechecker when you make a request.
Legal
No warranty shall be given or responsibility accepted by Quotechecker to ensure that goods produced by onlinesigns comply with the requirements of any legislation relating to the marketing and/or labelling and/or packaging of goods. Compliance with the requirements of any such leglislation shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
onlinesigns shall not be required to produce any matter which in onlinesigns feels may be libellous in nature or in breach of the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other stature or any provision therof.
onlinesigns shall be indemnified by the customers in respect of any claims,cost and/or expenses arising from or out of any illegal or libellous matter or any breach of the Fair Trading act 1986 or any other stature or any infringment of copyright,patent or design.
No guarantee shall be given or implied that the goods supplied at the customers instruction or designed by onlinesigns to those instructions are suitable for specific market requirements.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stipulated by onlinesigns or otherwise agreed between quotechecker and the customer,payments of account is due in full on or before the 20th of the month following the invoice.onlinesigns ltd reserves th right to charge interest on overdue balances at the current bank overdraft interest rates. where an outstanding account is recovered using a legal collection agency, the debtors shall be liable for the additional costs incurred.
