We're a tight-knit team of hard working, standard setting sign enthusiasts. We value both technology and good old-fashioned craftsmanship.

 

Sign It Signs was started in Queenstown in 1982. Sign It Signs has seen rapid growth year on year with continual re-investment in equipment and development of services.


Currently employing 15-20 staff, Sign It Signs is one of the largest, best-equipped sign shops in New Zealand.

 

We believe in a relaxed, happy work place and as a result we have a well established team of long-term staff members.

Reece McChlery - Owner

Reece purchased Sign It Signs in 2003 and has been instrumental in building the company into the most advanced sign writing business in Queenstown. “Every day is interesting – I love seeing success, whether it’s a campaign or excellent results from a new piece of machinery that we’ve invested in”.

Lockie Sutherland - Manager / Projects

Studied Graphic Design at the Design and Arts College of New Zealand. Lockie has been designing all types of creative and modern signs for Sign It Signs since February 2013. Designing everything for your branding - from logo's to vehicle signage, building signage and technical design.

Makayla Scheib - Business Manager

Makayla manages our busy workflow and can organise all aspects of event branding. Running our technical print equipment and machinery on the side, along with site assessments and quoting makes for a busy and knowledgeable sign writer.

Connor Harrison - Fabrication Manager

Machining and technical manufacturing for our various shop fitting works, Connor has a true wealth of technical skills that are invaluable - Laser operation, CNC routing, assembly and timber finishing.

​Susanne Spencer - Financial Controller

Susanne has been with Sign It Signs since 2005 and plays an integral role in the day to day operations of Sign It Signs.

 

Riley Burt - Signwriter/Installer

Riley has been working for Sign It Signs since August 2012. His patience, attention to detail and excellent work ethic guarantee quality signage results. Wall art application, and true technical application to vehicles, buildings, glass, and panels. Riley was part of the 2015 NZ car wrap championship team.
